The programs are person-centered and specifically customized in content, duration and format.

Participants are persons involved in organizations, businesses or administrations.

The unique ESPS quality originates in the participatory identification and selection of teachers and trainers.

The ESPS activities are organized around four pillars.

STRATEGIC FORESIGHT

Strategic foresight is a tool, which provides a better understanding of the future and can be used to detect upcoming risks, opportunities and trends. It successfully helps deal with uncertainty.

  • Identify and analyze signals and drivers of change

  • Filter information to determine its usefulness

  • Build a “foresight mindset” to foresee what the future may hold

  • Empower persons and organizations with strategic foresight

  • Transform urgent foresight into actionable insights

SIGNALS-BASED FORECASTING

Signals are useful for people who are trying to anticipate a highly uncertain future. Forecasting combines technology and experts' analysis.

  • Signals capture emergent phenomenon sooner than traditional social science methods.

  • Unlike trends, signals turn our attention to possible changes before they become obvious.

  • Unlike indicators, signals often focus our attention at the margins of society rather than the core.

THEMES THAT MATTER

Experts having depth of understanding and experience in the many substrates of the future: technology, medicine, science, finance, environment, and even religion.

  • Strategic and creative discussions to intercept emerging ecologies, tools and practices

  • Increase the capacity to draw on intuitive intelligence when making decisions about the future

FORESIGHT-INSIGHT-ACTION

Provoking ideas to think about alternative futures and uncover relevant insights.

  • Broaden the boundaries of perception

  • Articulate and agree upon action steps and follow through in the transition from strategy to tactics.
